About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high-profile Data & Digital Delivery Enablement Program, supporting the Sourcing and Partner Services function within Application Services.
In this role, you will lead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Approach to Market (ATM) activities and associated contract processes for strategic ICT initiatives. You’ll play a key role in ensuring procurement, governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery milestones align with strict government compliance, probity, and approval frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ATM projects, including planning, sequencing, dependencies, and milestone tracking.
- Manage multiple parallel workstreams across contract variations, market engagement, evaluation, negotiation, and transition.
- Maintain integrated project schedules aligned to procurement gates, approvals, and contract timelines.
- Support development of strategic procurement artefacts including Statements of Requirement (SoRs), SLAs, pricing models, and project plans.
- Ensure alignment with Australian Government procurement frameworks, probity standards, and approval processes.
- Contribute to preparation of governance documentation including briefs, approvals, and submission papers.
- Maintain project risk and issue registers, proactively managing delivery and commercial risks.
- Identify and manage dependencies across digital, data, and integration platforms.
- Oversee scope changes and ensure structured decision-making processes.
- Deliver clear and timely reporting on project progress, financials, risks, and key decisions.
- Ensure audit-ready documentation, governance artefacts, and compliance records are maintained.
- Support assurance activities, including emerging considerations such as AI assurance where applicable.
About You
- Proven experience delivering complex ICT or digital procurement projects, ideally within government or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of Approach to Market (ATM), tender processes, and contract lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-vendor environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication skills.
- Strong capability in planning, risk management, and documentation.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms (digital channels, data, integration, cloud) (Desirable)
- Familiarity with DTA panels, AusTender, and government governance models (Desirable)
- Experience with contract transitions (in/out), renewals, or extensions (Desirable)
- Australian citizen with ability to obtain baseline clearance
