About the Role

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful end-to-end delivery of a key operational transformation project: the rollout of a new asset replacement model supported by digital workflows through ServiceNow

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeframes, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with IT teams on the configuration and deployment of ServiceNow modules related to asset management and procurement.
  • Work with logistics, supply chain, and field operations to design and validate the tank replacement workflows.
  • Identify project risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and third-party contractors to ensure alignment with organisational standards and project outcomes.

Key Deliverables:

  • Deployment of a functional asset replacement model across identified operational locations.
  • A fully configured ServiceNow solution supporting asset ordering, tracking, and reporting.
  • Training delivery and user support materials to enable confident use of new workflows.
  • Comprehensive documentation including process guides and user manuals.
  • Post-implementation review and formal handover to business-as-usual (BAU) operations.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience managing medium-scale operational, asset management, or IT-enabled projects, ideally in logistics, public infrastructure, or emergency services.
  • Strong capability across project planning, stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management.
  • Hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow implementations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional teams across operational and technical domains.
