About the Role
In this high-impact role, you will oversee the delivery of a complex, multi‑stream program involving commercial, financial, operational and asset management workstreams. You will drive governance, schedule, resourcing and deliverables while balancing organisational needs and the expectations of key government stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination and execution of a major project analysing strategic and operational opportunities across regional public transport.
- Work cross‑functionally to develop and manage project governance, documentation, risks, issues, budgets, schedules and reporting.
- Provide high‑level briefings, presentations and papers to Executive and Board stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners including the Department of Transport and Planning (DTP), Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF), and Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC).
- Champion a collaborative, innovative and positive organisational culture.
About You
- Significant experience in complex project/program management, ideally within transport, infrastructure or government.
- Strong understanding of public transport operations, asset management and Victorian Government priorities.
- Demonstrated experience influencing senior executives and government stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, including high‑level report and business case development.
