About the Company

My client is an established management consultancy working with a broad range of clients assisting with project delivery, cost control and strategic advisory services. Due to growth and staff movements in their oil and gas division, they now require an experienced cost controller to join their Brisbane CBD team.

About the Role

Based in Brisbane CBD, this role will suit an experienced cost controller who can hit the ground running to deliver quality cost engineering for significant oil and gas capital projects. You will be responsible for developing cost breakdown structures, work breakdown structures, and producing accurate monthly project cost reports. The role requires exceptional communication skills to work effectively internally and with external stakeholders.

About You

To be considered for this exciting career opportunity, you will hold engineering and/or project management qualifications, and have prior experience in a cost control function within the oil and gas sector (or other large operators). You will be an experienced user of SAP and be an expert in Microsoft Excel and other commonly used costing systems and tools.
