About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Project Lead, the Project Coordinator will support the Reporting Project through a range of administrative, financial, and governance responsibilities.
This role is ideal for someone highly organised and eager to contribute to a large-scale, fast-paced project delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment and resourcing activities, including onboarding and offboarding
- Administer project governance processes, including tracking change requests, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Provide administrative support for project meetings and documentation
- Manage financial tracking activities, including forecast vs actuals and timesheet allocations
- Support knowledge sharing via SharePoint and internal project portals
- Assist in team engagement initiatives and the planning of offsite events
- Ensure adherence to project management quality standards
About You
- Previous experience in project coordination or project support role
- Previous experience within the retail industry – advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- A professional, team-oriented attitude
- Project management certification (desirable)
