Davidson has proudly partnered with a leading utilities company to assist them in sourcing a Project and Change Practice Coordinator.
About the Role
This is a diverse and hands-on role that spans across PMO coordination, resource management, onboarding, documentation control, commercial support, and general administration.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Change Leads, and the broader team to ensure consistent practices, efficient operations, and timely support across initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end project and change delivery activities across the practice
- Coordinate resourcing, onboarding, and offboarding of project team members
- Manage project documentation, governance registers, and templates
- Facilitate practice meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Maintain and build content in tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and project hubs
- Track and report on resourcing, budgets, and delivery progress using BI and PMO tools
About You
- Proven experience in PMO or project coordination roles
- Strong skills in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint (content management), and the Office Suite
- Familiarity with BI tools, MS Project, and project dashboards
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and delivery lifecycles
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in the Utilities sector (Advantageous)
- Project Management or PMO accreditation (e.g. Prince2, PMP, P3O) (Preferred)
