About the Company

Our client operates within the resource recovery sector and delivers field based projects involving transport, site and warehouse operations. The organisation works with a diverse workforce, including experienced skilled workers and frontline staff who may be vulnerable or require additional support.




This is a practical operational environment where clear communication, accurate administration and strong relationships are essential to keeping project activities moving. The successful candidate will join the Resource Recovery team and support the coordination of people, materials, equipment and information across the project.




About the Role

As Project Administrator, you will report directly to the Project Coordinator and support the day to day administration and smooth delivery of field operations.




This role will suit someone with experience in logistics, infrastructure, telecommunications or a similar operational environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting project schedules, daily priorities, follow up actions and general administration
  • Coordinating personnel, materials and equipment movements
  • Maintaining schedules, bookings and project records
  • Liaising with transport providers, onsite technicians, warehouse managers and other stakeholders
  • Monitoring the project mailbox and responding to routine requests
  • Updating documents and systems across internal platforms and client portals
  • Maintaining project spreadsheets, databases and trackers
  • Collating information for project reporting and resource planning
  • Escalating issues to the Project Coordinator when required
  • Following HSEQ processes and company policies

About You

  • Previous experience in project administration, logistics coordination, infrastructure, transport, field operations or telecommunications
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident managing competing priorities in a busy operational environment
  • Clear, calm and respectful communication style
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively with vulnerable frontline staff
  • Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds and experience levels
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases and online systems
  • Able to use initiative and understand when matters need to be escalated
