About the Role
Reporting into the National Property Manager, this role is all about owning the financial integrity of major capital projects — from project forecasting, budgeting and reporting, through to supporting governance processes and post-project reviews.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit team and work closely with internal finance, property and risk stakeholders, as well as external vendors. - Identifying financial risks, trends, and opportunities across property programs
- Partnering with corporate finance on capitalisation, compliance, and audit support
- Contributing to annual property operating budgets

projects. Whether it’s a construction upgrade, refurbishment program or property development, you understand the unique pace, complexity and financial nuances that come with managing capital works.
You’re detail-oriented but commercially savvy, a team player who’s also confident engaging with senior stakeholders and project leaders.
We’re looking for someone with:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a property, construction, or infrastructure project accounting role
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Strong forecasting, budgeting and reporting skills
