The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Program Test Director to lead the end-to-end testing delivery of a high-profile, $100 million transformation program within the banking sector. This is a strategic opportunity to shape testing standards, influence executive stakeholders, and drive quality outcomes across a complex, multi-division program. Your leadership will be key in ensuring regulatory compliance, delivery assurance, and operational integration across a large-scale technology environment.
The Role
As a Program Test Director you will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive test governance and execution across a large-scale enterprise onboarding program.
Your other responsibilities will include:
- Leading and overseeing end-to-end testing across multiple divisions within a highly complex ecosystem
- Managing and delivering detailed reporting to senior executives, including CIO and steering committee
- Driving test strategy alignment with evolving regulatory and operational demands
- Navigating stakeholder expectations, influencing cross-functional teams, and managing competing program priorities
- Identifying efficiencies across testing and delivery processes, while maintaining quality and compliance
- Acting as a hybrid Test Director and Program Manager to ensure program-wide delivery readiness and visibility
About You
In order to be a successful applicant you will
- Bring proven experience managing testing for large, complex enterprise programs (>$50 million), ideally across regulated environments
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage senior and executive-level stakeholders
- Have a strong background in program-level test delivery, with the ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on delivery driver
- Be skilled in navigating matrixed organisations and influencing across silos
- Show adaptability across industries—financial services is ideal, but experience leading large-scale testing in other sectors will be considered
- Possess a deep understanding of risk management lifecycles and testing under regulatory scrutiny
