Davidson Technology is partnering with a forward-thinking organisation embarking on a significant digital transformation. Together, we’re seeking a Program Technical Lead to ensure that technical outcomes align to expectations, industry standards and sound practice.



This is in initial 12-month contract with possible extensions.

About the Role

As the Program Technical Lead, you’ll will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all technical solutions—spanning new HCM/HR/Payroll, Safety, Customer, and Asset and Works Management systems—are designed, delivered, and integrated in alignment with expectations, industry standards, and best practice. Reporting to the ICT Project Manager, you will provide expert technical guidance across multiple projects, leading the organisation’s engagement with vendors to uphold robust solution and integration architecture principles from design through to transition to operations. You will oversee and coordinate internal and external technical delivery resources, act as the single point of contact for end-to-end integration and solution design, drive timely and high-quality technical deliverables, and lead the identification and resolution of technical issues. Additionally, the role provides authoritative input into test planning and execution, ensuring solutions are scalable, sustainable, well-documented, and fully aligned with the organisation’s requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role you will be a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying integrations within complex, multi-stack technology environments, ensuring all solutions meet high standards of reliability, resilience, and regulatory compliance, including privacy obligations. With a strong background in technical leadership, you’ll have guided teams and vendors in delivering robust, scalable integration outcomes that support enterprise-wide objectives. Your expertise spans navigating diverse platforms, mitigating technical risk, and embedding best-practice architectural principles, while relevant professional qualifications further strengthen your capability to lead sophisticated technical programs with confidence and precision.

The Benefits

You will be offered an hourly rate for the duration of the 12-month contract, starting in January 2026.
