About the Role
Reporting to a senior leader within a high-performing infrastructure planning team, this role will see you play a key part in supporting externally supported programs across a diverse portfolio of projects.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end grants lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and preparing applications through to overseeing compliance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing high-quality grant applications and submissions
- Managing agreements, including compliance and risk monitoring
- Coordinating programs and tracking milestones
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
- Monitoring project outcomes against agreed conditions
- Preparing reports and supporting governance processes
About You
You will bring proven experience in grant or program management, ideally within a government or infrastructure environment.
You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing competing priorities, with the ability to build strong relationships across stakeholders.
Key requirements:
- Experience managing grants or program delivery end-to-end
- Strong understanding of government processes and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to prepare applications, reports, and documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong administrative systems and time management capability
