About the Role

Reporting to a senior leader within a high-performing infrastructure planning team, this role will see you play a key part in supporting externally supported programs across a diverse portfolio of projects.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end grants lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and preparing applications through to overseeing compliance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing high-quality grant applications and submissions
  • Managing agreements, including compliance and risk monitoring
  • Coordinating programs and tracking milestones
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
  • Monitoring project outcomes against agreed conditions
  • Preparing reports and supporting governance processes


About You

You will bring proven experience in grant or program management, ideally within a government or infrastructure environment.

You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing competing priorities, with the ability to build strong relationships across stakeholders.

Key requirements:

  • Experience managing grants or program delivery end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of government processes and compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare applications, reports, and documentation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong administrative systems and time management capability
