About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to shape meaningful reform within a major regulatory program.

As the Program Manager, you will work directly with senior leaders and play a central role in modernising how professional conduct matters are managed. Your work will directly contribute to improving outcomes that support child safety across Victorian schools.

As Program Manager, you will bring structure, clarity, and discipline to a program in very early stages.

Working closely with the CEO and Director Professional Conduct, you will finalise the program design and implement project management frameworks across multiple initiatives.

This role will see you working end-to-end across the program.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience managing highly regulated projects and delivering outcomes
  • Background in regulatory, government, or broader public sector environments.
  • Strong understanding of project management disciplines — scheduling, driving activity, progress tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience with process improvement or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with process mapping
  • Ability to build cadence, structure, and accountability across project teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior leaders and subject matter experts
