About the Company
Davidson are proud to be partnering with a leading enterprise organisation embarking on a multi-phase SAP transformation. Following a successful initial phase, they are now progressing into the next phase of the project.

This is a large, complex environment that requires mature program leadership, structured governance, and hands-on delivery oversight to ensure success across multiple streams and stakeholders.

About the Role
This role will see you leading a cross-functional team through the next stage of SAP delivery, embedding structure, and driving disciplined project behaviour across both client and consulting teams.

You will:

  • Lead and manage the integrated program schedule, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams.
  • Establish and drive governance frameworks to ensure accountability and visibility of progress.
  • Analyse financial KPIs and support decision-making that optimises program performance.
  • Oversee and manage the RAID process, identifying and mitigating risks and issues proactively.
  • Partner closely with the PMO, Program Directors, and key business SMEs to ensure delivery outcomes are achieved.
  • Provide leadership and support to project managers and team leads, maintaining momentum across hybrid delivery environments (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Report on program progress, risks and outcomes to executive stakeholders.

About You
You are a seasoned Program Manager with a background in consulting, known for bringing structure and clarity to complex delivery environments. You thrive on instilling governance and accountability and can move comfortably between strategy and hands-on delivery.

To be successful, you will ideally bring:

  • Extensive experience in project and program management, ideally within large-scale enterprise transformation environments.
  • A strong understanding of SAP programs, particularly across planning or ERP modules.
  • Experience within FMCG, consulting, or other highly structured, complex environments.
  • Proven ability to build and manage integrated schedules and deliver across multiple phases.
  • Demonstrated experience analysing and improving financial and operational KPIs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly within large matrixed organisations.
  • Project Management and/or Agile certifications(e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM) are highly regarded.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
  • Australian PR or Citizenship required.
