This high-visibility ServiceNow program aims to uplift service maturity, automate key ITSM processes, and improve operational efficiency across the bank.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Program Manager to lead and govern the successful delivery of a complex ServiceNow-based service management transformation. This role will operate at the intersection of technology, operations, and business governance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage and manage senior stakeholders; lead weekly sponsor updates and monthly steering committee meetings.
  • Coordinate and deliver fortnightly reporting and align program status updates with enterprise PMO and Confluence reporting standards.
  • Maintain accurate Jira tracking for risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests at program level.
  • Own monthly financial forecasting using PMO Excel templates; liaise with finance and sponsor delegates for reviews.
  • Prepare and update business case documentation and investment models; work with finance on ongoing revisions.
  • Manage initiative-level Jira Features and Capabilities; work with ServiceNow delivery teams managing Epics and Stories.
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of a high-level delivery schedule and communicate progress to all levels of stakeholders.
  • Oversee alignment to ITIL practices across Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Fulfilment.
  • Support the establishment or uplift of CMDB, service catalogue, and configuration management practices.
  • Ensure delivery milestones include service readiness, support model definition, and handover to operations.
  • Collaborate with service owners to capture current and future state service maps and operational models.
  • Champion user-centric design and adoption strategies to embed ServiceNow features within business processes.


About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager in enterprise service management or ServiceNow-related programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT service management practices (preferably aligned to ITIL v4).
  • Demonstrated success managing complex delivery streams across multiple teams and technical domains.
  • Experience leading operational readiness and transitioning new capabilities into support.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and program-level status tracking.
  • Excellent financial management, with hands-on experience in forecasting, business case updates, and investment modelling.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across executive, delivery, and operational layers.
  • Prior experience within banking
