Reporting to the Chief Customer and Information Officer, the Program Manager - Core Systems Replacement will lead one of Greater Dandenong City Council's most significant transformation initiatives. This pivotal leadership role will drive the modernisation of Council's core business platforms, enabling a more connected, efficient and customer focused organisation. Leading a complex, organization wide program, you will bring together people, technology and processes to deliver lasting improvements in service delivery, operational performance and community outcomes. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will influence strategic direction, foster organisational alignment and lead transformative changes that will shape the future capability of Council for years to come.
To be considered for this role, you will bring demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation, ERP or core systems replacement programs within complex environments. You will possess exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, a strong understanding of governance, program management and organisational change, and experience managing multidisciplinary teams, vendors and budgets. Experience across core business systems, including Finance, HRMS, Records or Property & Rating, together with expertise in data migration, integrations, testing and cloud-based solutions, will be highly regarded. Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related discipline are essential, with postgraduate qualifications viewed favourably.
