About the Role

our client is embarking on a major transformation to modernise its Student Management Systems and move towards a single, unified platform across the organisation.

Currently operating across two systems—one supporting apprentices and another supporting students—the organisation is reassessing its future-state approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the transformation roadmap toward a future-state Student Management System
  • Build alignment across executive, operational, and technical stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Establish governance, structure, and delivery discipline across the program
  • Drive accountability across internal teams and external vendors
  • Translate strategic objectives into practical implementation plans and outcomes
  • Oversee testing, implementation, and system lifecycle activities
  • Re-establish program momentum and ensure delivery against agreed milestones
  • Partner with change management to support organisational adoption

About You

  • Proven experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
  • Experience with Student Management Systems or similar customer lifecycle platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, align, and manage diverse stakeholder groups
  • Skilled in vendor management and holding delivery partners accountable
  • Track record of translating strategy into execution and measurable outcomes
  • Background in roles such as Program Director, Digital Transformation Leader, or Senior Program Manager
