About the Role
Davidson Technology Consulting is seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead a large-scale SAP transformation program for one of our multinational clients. This multimillion dollar initiative will see the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA via the SAP RISE platform, over a two-year timeline.
This is a critical leadership role within a complex enterprise environment and will involve strategic planning, stakeholder governance, and hands-on delivery oversight. The successful candidate will work alongside internal teams and global vendor partners to ensure the transformation delivers measurable value and supports the organisation’s digital evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of an SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation using the RISE with SAP methodology.
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans aligned to enterprise business and IT strategy.
- Manage cross-functional teams and external systems integrators, maintaining governance, quality assurance, and delivery oversight.
- Drive risk management, issue resolution, and change control across multiple workstreams.
- Report to and engage with executive stakeholders, providing program updates and strategic assurance.
- Align program outputs with business goals, operating models, and long-term value realisation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Several years of program/project leadership experience, including 5+ years in SAP transformation environments.
- Proven success delivering SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations, ideally leveraging SAP RISE.
- Experience managing $100M+ enterprise programs across multi-year engagements.
- Deep expertise in SAP RISE, S/4HANA architecture, data migration, and cloud delivery models.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence and communicate at C-suite and steering committee levels.
- Project certifications such as PMI, MSP, or PRINCE2 are advantageous
