Our client manages a significant infrastructure portfolio supporting schools and early childhood services across the state and is investing heavily in improving data quality, reporting and digitally enabled systems.
About the Role
Our client is seeking a Program Coordinator
to support the delivery of the Information Governance and Digital Enablement (IGDE) Program. Working closely with the Principal Program Officer and three program leads, this role provides high-level coordination and operational support across the Information and Data, Digital Technology, and Business – People and Processes
streams. You will play a key role in maintaining program momentum, enabling cross-stream alignment and supporting the successful delivery of initiatives that uplift data capability, improve reporting consistency and enable smarter, data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagements, including agendas, minutes and action tracking.
- Maintaining accurate program documentation such as project plans, schedules, risk registers and status reports.
- Tracking milestones, identifying risks and escalating issues as required.
- Acting as a central point of contact to support communication and alignment across multiple workstreams.
- Providing general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth program delivery.
About You
You are an organised, proactive and reliable program coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stream environments. You bring strong communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to build effective working relationships with senior leaders, technical teams and business stakeholders.
You will ideally bring:
- Experience in program coordination, governance or executive-level support within a complex organisation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High-quality written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing senior-level documentation.
- Proven experience in task management, scheduling and working to deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through ambiguity.
- Experience supporting data, reporting or digital initiatives is highly regarded.
