About the Role
As the program director, you will lead the delivery of the Enforceable Undertaking Program.
Key responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Design and deliver the integrated EU transformation roadmap, aligning all remediation initiatives under a unified governance framework.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with APRA, independent reviewers, internal executives, and the Board to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Risk Remediation: Lead the uplift of operational risk, insurance administration, outsourcing practices, and governance structures.
- Regulatory Reporting: Oversee timely and accurate reporting to APRA, ensuring compliance with CPS 230, CPS 234, and other relevant prudential standards.
- Cultural Change: Champion a culture of accountability, integrity, and member-first thinking across the organisation.
About You
- Extensive experience in financial services, preferably superannuation and/or wealth management
- Experience working on large-scale M&A programs (Preferred).
- Proven track record in leading large-scale risk remediation programs under regulatory scrutiny.
- Deep understanding of APRA’s regulatory framework, including enforceable undertakings and prudential standards.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at Board and Executive levels.
- Experience in governance, compliance, and operational risk uplift.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability.
