Davidson is proud to be partnering with a leading Utilities organisation based in Victoria’s South East, currently undergoing a significant business and systems transformation. This high-visibility program is implementing a new Oracle Cloud ERP suite across multiple business areas, designed to uplift capability, drive operational efficiency, and modernise enterprise processes.
About the Role
This is a critical senior delivery role leading a complex, multi-phase ERP transformation program. You'll be accountable for ensuring delivery remains aligned to business needs, governance frameworks are embedded, and risks are anticipated and well-managed. It’s a hands-on leadership role requiring a steady, solutions-focused presence and strong engagement across both internal teams and external vendors.
We are looking for a technically capable leader, you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and dive into the detail where required.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end delivery leadership of a multi-phase Oracle Cloud ERP program.
- Driving governance, documentation standards, and uplift in delivery maturity.
- Managing vendor performance and holding implementation partners accountable.
- Leading internal teams through change, coaching them to build capability and resilience.
- Ensuring business outcomes remain central to delivery—through risk management, quality oversight, and forward-thinking planning.
- Providing clear, structured communication to senior executives and steering committee stakeholders.
About You
You’re a seasoned Program Delivery Manager with a proven track record in ERP transformation. You bring calm, clarity, and strategic oversight but aren’t afraid to get into the weeds when needed. You’re people-focused, commercially astute, and bring a structured mindset to governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
You will bring:
- Extensive experience leading large-scale ERP/cloud implementations (Oracle Cloud is a must).
- Strong vendor and commercial management capability.
- Clear, confident communication style and executive stakeholder engagement.
- A leadership approach that’s hands-on, supportive, and grounded in delivery outcomes.
- Experience doing technical work in large scale implementations
- Industry experience in Utilities, government or regulated environments is a bonus but not essential.
