Davidson is partnering with a leading utilities organisation embarking on a large-scale digital transformation. We are seeking a highly organised Program Coordinator to provide governance and support across program streams.
About the Role
As the Program Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring program governance and smooth delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting stream leads with planning and project management.
- Monitoring progress and preparing reports covering KPIs, risks, and issues.
- Managing the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) register to ensure items are tracked and resolved.
- Overseeing program budget management and financial accountability.
- Coordinating steering committee packs, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Scheduling workshops and managing program calendars.
About You
You will bring:
- Proven experience as a Program Coordinator on large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Visio.
- Experience with SAP Financials.
- Proven experience with RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Prior experience within large scale organisations the utilities sector is beneficial
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple program streams.
