About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Program Change Lead to drive the people side of a large-scale business and technology transformation. You'll lead the change function, manage a high-performing team, and partner with senior leaders to deliver successful organisational change across multiple projects.
This role focuses on developing change strategies, driving organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and benefits realisation while identifying and managing change risks. You'll work closely with program and project teams to ensure sustainable behavioural, operational, and cultural change.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience leading change across large, complex transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive influencing skills.
- Experience with organisational readiness, change adoption, and resistance management.
- Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent Change Management certification preferred.
