Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams in designing, delivering, and supporting department-wide software products.
- Own the full product lifecycle from roadmap creation through to support, ensuring alignment with user needs and organisational strategy.
- Drive demand management and stakeholder engagement through scenario planning and strategic analysis.
- Provide high-level strategic advice to senior leadership on product direction and resourcing.
- Apply agile and modern development practices while ensuring compliance with department standards and secure development methods.
- Monitor development progress, optimise resources, and communicate product vision and future direction across the business.
- Shape and refine product positioning and variations to meet the needs of diverse user segments.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in product management within large and complex environments.
- Strong understanding of full product lifecycle management, including roadmaps and prioritisation.
- Excellent communication skills to market and advocate for products across diverse audiences.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, agile methodologies, and strategic planning.
