Product Manager - AI

We are proud to partner with one of our key strategic clients — a nationally recognised retail brand — who are embarking on a major AI transformation journey. As part of this bold new direction, we are seeking an experienced and visionary AI Product Manager to play a central leadership role in shaping the future of AI innovation across their national network.

Reporting directly to the CTO, this newly created role offers the opportunity to lead the end-to-end strategy, design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions that will directly impact sales, service, marketing, finance, and customer experience. As a critical link between business goals and technical delivery, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking the organisation’s next wave of growth and efficiency through intelligent automation and data-driven product design.

Working closely with a highly capable data team, external development partners, engineers, and business stakeholders across the country, you’ll be responsible for translating complex business challenges into actionable, AI-enabled solutions. Whether it's driving predictive analytics, deploying chatbots, improving customer segmentation, or implementing demand forecasting models, your leadership will shape the next generation of digital tools that empower frontline teams and delight customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and delivering the AI product roadmap in line with the broader technology and business strategy.

  • Identifying high-impact use cases across operations, service, BDC, finance, and customer engagement.

  • Leading cross-functional delivery teams through Agile methodologies to deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Managing timelines, budgets, risks, and adoption strategies for AI/automation solutions.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, regularly presenting progress, roadmaps, and performance metrics.

  • Championing ethical AI use, data governance, and change management across the orgaisation's network.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with direct exposure to AI/ML product delivery.

  • Strong understanding of data and analytics ecosystems, including AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks.

  • Proven track record delivering automation, AI, or data-led transformation within retail, automotive, logistics, or service environments.

  • Business analyst or process improvement background with the ability to define ideal state processes.

  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Power BI or Tableau.

  • Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a passion for using data to solve real-world problems.

  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
