About the Role
This position sits within a high-performing product team responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of business banking products. You’ll play a key role in analysing product performance, supporting enhancements, improving customer experience, and helping shape product strategy. The role works across multiple internal teams to support new initiatives, manage risk and governance requirements, and ensure products continue to meet market and customer needs.
About You
- 4–6 years’ experience in product analysis, product management, or a related field
- Experience with systems integration, payments, or merchant services
- Strong commercial and analytical capability
- Confident working across Finance, Risk, Legal, Marketing and other internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to manage change, ambiguity, and competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to step back and view broader objectives
- Relevant tertiary qualification
