About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Procurement Officer within the Procurement Operations Branch, this role supports day-to-day procurement and contract administration activities to ensure effective and compliant service delivery. You’ll be responsible for converting requisitions to purchase orders, managing supplier agreements, and assisting with sourcing and reporting functions.
This 3-month engagement offers the opportunity to contribute to procurement governance, automation, and process improvement initiatives within a high-performing team environment.
About You
We are seeking candidates with:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar procurement role
- Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, TechnologyOne)
- Desirable public sector procurement experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to best practice and compliance
