Manager, Process Optimisation
Full-time | 3-year fixed term
Location: Geelong | Hybrid working available
We’re seeking an experienced leader to drive enterprise-wide process improvement and continuous optimisation. In this role, you’ll lead a small team and work across the business to evaluate and redesign key processes, identify automation opportunities, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
You’ll use proven methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to guide business stakeholders through change, improve operational efficiency, and support better outcomes for both staff and clients.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong background in process optimisation, continuous improvement, or business transformation
- Experience leading teams and delivering enterprise-wide initiatives
- Proficiency with improvement frameworks (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and analytical skills
- Proven experience driving digital transformation and implementing process automation solutions
