About the Role
As the process analyst you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to uncover how work truly operates, assess capability maturity, and translate insights into clear, structured outputs that support strategic decision-making and investment planning.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead capability assessments and maturity evaluations across business functions
- Analyse and document current state processes, including informal workflows
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to extract insights
- Translate complex findings into clear, decision-ready outputs
- Align insights with the Business Capability Model (BCM)
- Support strategy development, prioritisation, and transformation planning
About You
- Proven experience in process analysis, business analysis, or capability modelling
- Hands-on experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Signavio, or Lucidchart
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
- Ability to work through ambiguity and structure complex information
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience working in large or complex organisational environments
- Relevant qualification in business, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
