Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 across business units
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with clinical and operational goals
- Define enterprise standards for integration, data architecture, and system performance
- Guide technical teams in delivering scalable, secure, and compliant solutions in a regulated environment
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, Power Platform)
- Experience managing stakeholders in the healthcare industry
- Proven success in large-scale, enterprise deployments
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
