About the Role
You will provide hands-on leadership across design, build and delivery to uplift Salesforce engineering excellence.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery - architecture, design, build and release
- Oversee configuration, Apex, LWC, Visualforce and platform governance
- Drive integrations via REST and SOAP, middleware and eventing, plus data modelling with SOQL and SOSL
- Establish quality - code reviews, test strategy, Apex tests and Jira defect lifecycle
- Manage releases and environments including Copado, sandboxes, branching and change control
- Mentor developers and shape UX with Lightning Design System and responsive patterns
About You
You are a seasoned Salesforce engineer and people leader who thrives in complex programs. You will also have:
- Extensive Salesforce development across Apex, LWC, Visualforce and full SDLC
- Strong integration background - APIs, MuleSoft or similar, and robust data modelling
- Proven leadership - coaching teams, setting standards and influencing stakeholders
- Certifications - Platform Developer I and II; System or Application Architect valued
- Agile delivery with clear communication, analysis and problem solving
- Experience in large, multi-vendor enterprise environments
The Benefits
