  • Contribute to change management, training, and communication activities to support staff transition to the new HRIS.

About You

You are a proactive and highly organised professional who enjoys problem-solving and working at the intersection of HR and technology. You will bring:

  • Advanced skills in business process analysis, data management, and system configuration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into practical HR solutions.
  • Strong analytical and organisational ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience working in or with Queensland Government or other government agencies.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or Information Systems.
  • Familiarity with project management or change management methodologies such as PROSCI or PRINCE2.
