Principal Project Manager – Travel and Expense Management System
Contract: 12 months | Location: Sydney (Hybrid)
We’re seeking an experienced Principal Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new Travel and Expense Management System across a large, multi-agency environment. This role is key to streamlining processes, consolidating platforms, and improving shared services operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a new Travel and Expense Management System, managing interdependencies and ensuring alignment with business needs
- Lead project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and reporting
- Manage risks, benefits, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate internal and external teams to deliver outcomes on time and within budget
- Provide strategic advice and resolve emerging project issues
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale system implementation projects
- Direct experience implementing a Travel and Expense Management System
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project governance, risk management, and multi-agency delivery
Additional Information:
- Hybrid working: 2–3 days onsite, Sydney CBD location.
