The Opportunity
This is a high-impact contract opportunity for two experienced Principal Project Managers to lead major cyber security initiatives within a large and complex Queensland environment. You will take ownership of large-scale ICT and information security projects, with a strong focus on multi-factor authentication and identity security uplift. These roles sit in a program delivering critical security priorities that support modern service delivery, strengthen compliance, and improve security maturity across a federated enterprise setting.

The Role
You will be responsible for leading the delivery of one or more complex cyber security projects from planning through to execution and governance.

  • Lead the delivery of large-scale cyber security initiatives with a focus on MFA
  • Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and reporting
  • Prepare briefs, submissions, presentations, and decision papers for stakeholders
  • Ensure delivery aligns with established project methodologies and governance standards
  • Provide strategic input to project outcomes, architecture alignment, and quality
  • Guide project teams and maintain strong stakeholder engagement across the lifecycle

About You
You are a senior project delivery professional with strong cyber security exposure and the credibility to lead complex programs in demanding environments.

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale ICT or cyber security projects
  • Strong knowledge of project methodologies such as PRINCE2
  • Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary teams and competing priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and written communication skills
  • Experience with MFA implementation, integration, or migration is highly regarded
  • Knowledge of identity and access management, Entra ID, RSA SecurID, or similar is advantageous
