  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with the Board Chair, CEO, Executive Leadership Team and key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting governance assurance activities, including risk management, compliance and contribution to EDQ’s Governance Framework and annual reporting obligations.

What we are looking for

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

  • High standards of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.

Highly regarded:

  • Qualifications in governance, law, public administration or a related discipline.

Why join EDQ

  • A pivotal role supporting a statutory Board and senior government decision-makers.
  • The opportunity to shape and strengthen governance practices during a critical period of growth and reform.
  • Exposure to senior leadership, Ministers and whole-of-government priorities.
  • Flexible working arrangements and competitive public sector conditions.
  • A values-driven organisation committed to integrity, inclusion and public value.
