About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Power Automate and AI Builder to design, build, and implement an intelligent email triage and CRM integration solution. This role focuses on transforming a high-volume inbox into an automated, efficient, and scalable system that improves operational efficiency and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated workflows using Power Automate
- Build, train, and optimize AI models using AI Builder for email classification
- Integrate email processing workflows with CRM systems
- Develop logic to:
- Ingest and parse incoming emails
- Classify requests into appropriate business units
- Automatically create customer requests (CRs)
- Implement exception-handling workflows for low-confidence classifications
- Ensure solutions are secure, auditable, and scalable
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine models and workflows
- Document solution architecture, workflows, and support processes
Key Deliverables
- End-to-end automated email triage solution
- AI-powered classification model with measurable accuracy
- Seamless CRM integration with automated request creation and routing
- Exception-handling and human-in-the-loop processes
- Comprehensive technical documentation and handover
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Automate)
- Hands-on experience with AI Builder (classification, prediction, or form processing models)
- Experience integrating with APIs and enterprise systems (CRM, email platforms)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Outlook connectors)
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable automation solutions
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and audit requirements
Desirable
- Experience with public sector or complex service environments
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and workflow-driven systems
- Exposure to Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Cognitive Services)
- Experience implementing human-in-the-loop AI workflows
- Understanding of records management and compliance frameworks
