We’re looking for a BI Developer / Data Analyst to step into a critical 3-month parental leave cover. This role requires a confident self-starter who can operate autonomously, engage senior stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end BI solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Around 20th April (potential to start earlier)
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for defining, planning, building, and supporting business intelligence solutions across reporting and data platforms. Working closely with senior stakeholders across a global region, you’ll play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and self-service analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions
- Design and develop end-to-end Data Warehouse solutions
- Build and optimise SQL-based data models (SQL Managed Instances)
- Develop Azure Data Factory pipelines and Databricks scripts for complex data processing
- Create and manage tabular models using Tabular Editor
- Deliver high-quality Power BI dashboards and paginated reports (SSRS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share knowledge across the BI function
- Support solution delivery, with occasional involvement in project planning and coordination
Key Requirements:
- Large commercial experience in BI / Data Engineering / Analytics roles
- Strong SQL scripting skills (essential)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft BI stack: SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Tabular Models, Power BI, SSRS
- Proven experience across data modelling (conceptual & physical) and visualisation
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across distributed teams
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery
