About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced PMO Lead to oversee governance, planning, and reporting for a major ERP rollout. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving stakeholder alignment, managing program risks and issues, and embedding delivery discipline across a complex enterprise environment.
Candidates with Big 4 consulting backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee program governance, planning, and reporting for large-scale ERP implementations.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business units, technology teams, and external delivery partners.
- Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery methodologies.
- Embed structure, best practice, and delivery assurance.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making.
About You
- Proven experience leading PMO functions in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong background in ERP/CRM program delivery and governance.
- Big 4 consulting experience preferred.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence and delivery outcomes.
