Our client is a leading organisation within the utilities and infrastructure industry, delivering critical services and large-scale projects across Australia. Due to continued project demand, they are seeking a PMO Analyst to join their team.
About the Role
This role will provide project and program coordination support to delivery-focused Project Managers across a range of initiatives. The PMO Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial administration, procurement activities, reporting, and vendor coordination to ensure projects run efficiently and remain financially on track.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project and program coordination and administrative support
- Procurement, invoicing, and purchase order management
- Vendor management and stakeholder coordination
- Financial tracking including forecasts and accruals
- Maintaining project financials and reporting
- Supporting project governance and PMO processes
- Preparing and managing Excel-based reporting and spreadsheets, including pivot tables
About You
You will have previous experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Support role within a project delivery environment. You will bring strong financial administration capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
You will ideally have:
- Experience with procurement, invoicing, POs, forecasts, and accruals
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and reporting
- SAP user experience highly regarded
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to work closely with Project Managers and support project delivery outcomes
