The role:
The PMO Analyst supports the establishment and ongoing operation of a Portfolio Management Office for a large, multi-year implementation portfolio. You will strengthen governance, reporting and performance monitoring while driving consistent tools, processes and insights across programs and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain PMO governance, reporting, risk and benefits frameworks
- Develop and maintain the portfolio roadmap aligned to strategic objectives
- Implement standardised PMO tools, templates and reporting processes
- Manage portfolio risk and issues registers with clear escalation pathways
- Configure Microsoft Project Online and deliver Power BI portfolio dashboards
- Produce portfolio status reports with analysis, insights and recommendations
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a PMO or portfolio/program management role
- Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management frameworks
- Proven experience with Microsoft Project Online and Power BI reporting
- Experience supporting governance, risk and portfolio reporting processes
- Exposure to benefits realisation frameworks and tracking activities
- Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and prioritisation skills
