About the Role
As a PMO Analyst, you'll be a key part of the Program Management Office, helping ensure the successful delivery of projects through effective governance, resource coordination, status tracking, and financial oversight.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Program Leaders, and executive stakeholders to provide visibility into program performance, manage RAID registers, support onboarding and resourcing, and contribute to building a streamlined PMO function.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage RAID registers and program status reporting to track trends and highlight risks or variances.
- Assist with developing and maintaining PMO processes, templates, and tools aligned to best practice.
- Collate and maintain program information for executive and board-level reporting.
- Support project planning and scheduling in collaboration with Project Managers.
- Provide onboarding and offboarding support for project resources.
- Assist in maintaining financial controls, including budget tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate workshops, meetings, and document knowledge management across the program.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in PMO or project environments.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
- Knowledge of project methodologies (e.g., Prince2, Agile, PMP).
- Experience with RAID, budget development and tracking.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to support continuous improvement.
