About the Role
As the Platform Lead, you will:
- Lead the design, development, and governance of data, integration, development, and AI platforms.
- Champion DevSecOps practices to ensure secure, automated, and resilient operations.
- Oversee the development of internal developer platforms and CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of platform engineers, embedding Agile ways of working and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to align technical solutions with strategic objectives.
- Introduce and refine processes, frameworks, and operating models to ensure scalability, resilience, and value creation
About You
- Demonstrated experience in leading technology teams and establishing new capabilities.
- Proven experience across the Microsoft stack including Azure
- Strong technical and architectural knowledge of data, AI, and integration platforms.
- Proven ability to embed modern engineering practices (CI/CD, DevSecOps, platform engineering).
- Experience in designing and embedding frameworks, processes, and governance structures to enable scalable delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align, and inspire.
- A track record of driving change and innovation in complex digital environments.
