Manager, People Systems and Analytics
Salary:$150k–$160k plus super
Location:
Geelong (Hybrid, 3 days office)
We are seeking a people-focused leader to drive the transformation of HR systems and analytics across a large enterprise environment. This role will shape the future of integrated people systems and support a significant transformation program aligned with a long-term strategy.
What you will do:
- Lead a team delivering people systems, workforce data insights, and governance
- Guide the design and implementation of a new HRIS, ensuring integration and a strong user experience
- Partner with stakeholders to align systems with strategic workforce planning and organisational needs
- Champion innovation, collaboration, and human-centred design in system and process improvement
- Translate workforce data into meaningful insights to inform business decisions
What we are looking for:
- Proven leadership in HR systems and people analytics within a complex, enterprise-scale environment
- Strong experience with HRIS implementation from a people and change perspective (not purely technical)
- Ability to lead teams through transformation and foster engagement during change
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strategic mindset with experience in workforce planning and analytics
