About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator (HRIS) with strong Dayforce experience to join the team on an 8-week contract, providing backfill during a period of parental leave.
This role is responsible for delivering first-line support across the HRIS, ensuring smooth system functionality and a positive user experience for leaders and employees.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for HRIS queries (Dayforce)
- Troubleshooting system issues and managing tickets through to resolution
- Supporting system testing, updates and configuration improvements
- Assisting with user training and system adoption
- Partnering with People & Culture and Payroll teams to optimise system functionality
- Maintaining documentation and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You are a proactive and technically capable HRIS professional who can step in and add value quickly in a short-term contract.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in a HRIS / Systems Administrator role
- Hands-on experience with Dayforce (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes
- Experience supporting system users and resolving technical issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
