About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator (HRIS) with strong Dayforce experience to join the team on an 8-week contract, providing backfill during a period of parental leave.

This role is responsible for delivering first-line support across the HRIS, ensuring smooth system functionality and a positive user experience for leaders and employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for HRIS queries (Dayforce)
  • Troubleshooting system issues and managing tickets through to resolution
  • Supporting system testing, updates and configuration improvements
  • Assisting with user training and system adoption
  • Partnering with People & Culture and Payroll teams to optimise system functionality
  • Maintaining documentation and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

About You
You are a proactive and technically capable HRIS professional who can step in and add value quickly in a short-term contract.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in a HRIS / Systems Administrator role
  • Hands-on experience with Dayforce (highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes
  • Experience supporting system users and resolving technical issues
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
