About the Role
This is a hands-on People & Culture Manager role where you will partner closely with senior leaders to support the organisation through a period of change, while maintaining strong engagement and performance across the business.
You will lead the full HR generalist function, providing both strategic advice and operational support across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with leaders to build capability, accountability and engagement
- Supporting change initiatives, including new systems and ways of working
- Managing employee relations, performance and workforce planning activities
- Providing practical and strategic HR advice across the business
- Reviewing and improving HR processes to ensure they are fit for purpose
- Using people insights and data to support decision-making
About You
You are an experienced HR Business Partner or People & Culture Manager who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys working closely with leaders through change.
You bring:
- Strong HR generalist experience across the employee lifecycle
- Proven experience supporting organisational change and transformation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
- Energy - A warm and engaging with a confident communication style and presence
- Experience within financial services, professional services or member-based organisations will be highly regarded.
