About the Role

As the People & Culture Advisor, you’ll lead the full HR function across the firm. Reporting to the CFO, this is a broad generalist role responsible for:

  • Running end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes
  • Designing and delivering learning and development programs aligned to team capability and growth
  • Supporting and coaching leaders on people matters including performance and employee relations
  • Driving HR projects and systems improvements, including HRIS implementation (Employment Hero under consideration)
  • Managing the firm’s clerkship and early careers programs
  • Leading internal initiatives around recognition, engagement, wellbeing, and culture
  • Supporting continuous improvement across systems, processes, and team experience
  • You’ll be working closely with the leadership team and have the opportunity to shape the future of HR in a growing, ambitious firm.



About You

We’re looking for an experienced HR generalist who is confident managing the full employee lifecycle and comfortable working autonomously in a professional services environment. You will bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a HR generalist or advisor role
  • A relevant HR degree
  • Experience working in professional services or similar corporate environment
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS (Employment Hero experience ideal)
  • Demonstrated skills in performance management, employee relations, and training coordination
  • A proactive mindset and the confidence to partner with senior leaders
  • Strong communication skills, a solutions mindset, and a genuine passion for people and culture
  • You’ll be organised, capable, and relationship-driven - someone who wants to be a trusted advisor, not just a doer.
