About the Role
- Manage end-to-end workplace relations cases including grievances, misconduct, investigations and disciplinary matters
- Provide practical P&C and ER advice to managers, employees and volunteers
- Interpret and apply Enterprise Agreements, legislation and internal policies
- Coordinate workplace investigations and oversee case lifecycles and documentation
- Draft correspondence, investigation materials and WR documentation
- Support a busy team during a period of increased workload and capacity gaps
About You
- Proven experience in workplace relations or employee relations roles
- Strong hands-on case management capability in complex environments
- Confident managing sensitive and high-risk matters independently
- Experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements in a unionised setting
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Background in public sector, volunteer-based or unionised organisations highly regarded
