PCC Developer – Experian PowerCurve
We are seeking an experienced PCC Developer
with strong expertise in Experian PowerCurve Collections (PCC)
to join a consulting team delivering advanced collection and risk management solutions for a major banking environment.
This role involves designing, configuring, and implementing PowerCurve-based collection strategies, collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions that support customer lifecycle management and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will have strong hands-on development skills, experience working with collections platforms, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and develop solutions using Experian PowerCurve Collections / Tallyman.
- Design and implement business rules and strategies within the PCC framework.
- Analyse business and technical requirements and drive the implementation of product solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce Low Level Designs (LLD) and support deployment activities.
- Integrate PCC with enterprise systems using SOAP/REST APIs, XML technologies, and web services.
- Support strategy development, testing, and deployment using Experian PowerCurve strategy tools.
- Work closely with DevOps, UAT, integration, and business team s to ensure seamless delivery.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure platform stability.
- Maintain strong client engagement and ensure solutions deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Continuously improve development and implementation processes.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Experian PowerCurve Collections (PCC) / Tallyman
- Strong programming experience in Java, Groovy, JavaScript, jQuery
- Experience with Web Services (SOAP, WSDL) and XML technologies (XSL, XSD, XPath)
- Experience with REST APIs, Postman or SOAPUI
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture
- Experience working with Web platforms such as IIS, Tomcat, or WebSphere
- Strong SQL skills and experience handling data interfaces
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and collaboration tools like JIRA / Rally / Confluence
- Knowledge of software design patterns and enterprise integration patterns
Domain Experience
- Experience within banking or insurance environments
- Strong understanding of collections, acquisitions, and customer management for loans and cards
- Experience designing and analysing risk and collections strategies
