About the job
As a key member of a small, collaborative team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing, from onboarding through to termination
- Performing termination calculations and applying relevant payroll rules and legislation
- Validating and maintaining payroll data in line with internal processes
- Handling email and phone enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Running a fortnightly pay cycle for a mixed workforce of permanent staff and third-party contractors

About you
We’re seeking someone with:
- Solid experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- A strong grasp of payroll legislation and termination processes
- High attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
- Great communication skills to handle employee enquiries with care
- A team player mindset, ready to work closely with others in a collaborative environment
