They’re currently looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join their collaborative HR Services team based in Milton.
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, HR Services, you’ll take ownership of coordinating the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 450 employees across Australia and New Zealand. You'l be responsible for the accuracy of payroll inputs, auditing outcomes, managing payroll enquiries and ensuring everything runs smoothly each fortnight.
You’ll work closely with HR, Finance and leaders across the business, playing a key role in improving payroll processes, supporting compliance activities and helping strengthen the overall payroll function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating end-to-end payroll activities across Australia and New Zealand
- Acting as the primary point of contact for payroll-related enquiries
- Managing payroll data collection, validation and audit checks
- Reviewing payroll outputs and reconciling pay data prior to finalisation
- Supporting payroll compliance, audit activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assisting with remuneration changes, wage increases and payroll adjustments
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Partnering with Finance and HR teams to ensure accurate payroll reporting and data integrity
- Keeping up to date with payroll legislation, awards and employment frameworks across ANZ
- Identifying payroll risks, process gaps and improvement opportunities

About You
You’re a payroll professional who understands that payroll is equal parts accuracy, communication and forward planning. You know your way around awards, employment contracts and payroll legislation, and yohave solid communicaton skills.
You’ll bring:
- Proven end-to-end payroll experience
- Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation
- Experience interpreting awards, industrial instruments and employment contracts
- Strong payroll auditing and reconciliation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer service capability
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
