About the Role
Reporting to the Payroll Service Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring fortnightly payroll is processed accurately and on time through SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

You will manage a broad range of payroll activities including post-payroll processing, third-party payments and deductions, superannuation clearing house activities, finance reconciliations, salary recalls and End of Financial Year processing.

You will also support salary increase updates, employee progression payments and the investigation and remediation of payroll and HR data.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting fortnightly pay runs through the SAP SuccessFactors ECP Control Centre
  • Managing post-payroll processing and superannuation remittances
  • Liaising with third-party vendors and internal finance teams regarding payments and deductions
  • Maintaining superannuation funds and completing clearing house activities
  • Coordinating payroll reconciliations and salary recalls
  • Supporting End of Financial Year payroll activities
  • Processing salary increases and employee progression payments
  • Investigating payroll and HR data issues and supporting data accuracy and remediation

About You

ou are an experienced payroll professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate outcomes within a complex, high-volume environment.

You will bring hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Employee Central across end-to-end payroll processing, along with a strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Strong transactional payroll processing experience
  • Experience using SAP SuccessFactors ECP and EC
  • Experience with superannuation clearing house submissions and taxation requirements
  • End of Financial Year payroll processing experience
  • Experience managing payroll remediation and back payments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and changing deadlines
  • Experience within government or similarly complex payroll environments will be highly regarded
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable service management platform will be advantageous
